Rivet Software & Systems LTD is actively seeking a proactive and technically adept individual to fill the role of POS & ERP Software Training / Sales Executive within our rapidly growing team.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for technology, customer training, software demonstrations, and sales. This role entails delivering client training on our POS and ERP systems, leading product demonstrations, assisting with implementations, and contributing to the expansion of our customer base.

Oversee the full spectrum of responsibilities, including the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategies that drive organizational growth and operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Lead initiatives to enhance productivity, optimize workflows, and foster innovation across departments. Serve as a key decision-maker, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to maintain a strategic edge and adapt to evolving market conditions. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards while upholding the highest standards of corporate governance. Manage stakeholder relationships, including investors, partners, and senior leadership, to build trust and facilitate long-term partnerships. Drive continuous improvement through performance metrics, feedback loops, and targeted process enhancements.

Provide comprehensive training sessions to customers on the utilization of Point of Sale (POS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software systems.

Deliver engaging software demonstrations, deliver compelling presentations, and conduct comprehensive product walkthroughs to effectively showcase capabilities and features.

Assist with the deployment and integration of software solutions while facilitating smooth onboarding procedures for new users.

Provide clients with guidance on installation, issue resolution, and technical assistance to ensure seamless operation.

Cultivate and sustain robust, mutually beneficial connections with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

We conduct on-site visits to client locations to provide training and deliver support services.
