Each day, design and implement engaging activities for the children that align with the established curriculum, lesson plans, and pedagogical frameworks, ensuring these experiences support their social, physical, and emotional development.

In collaboration with the resident teacher, we will design a classroom atmosphere that fosters academic growth, aligns with the developmental stages and interests of the students, and ensures a structured and goal-oriented learning setting.

Engage proactively in all avenues for ongoing professional enhancement, such as daily team meetings and reflective sessions, weekly meetings focused on professional development, instructional coaching, and institution-wide learning and reflection opportunities.

Collaborate consistently with the resident teacher to evaluate student progress through ongoing assessment. Utilize assessment data to refine instructional content and adapt delivery methods as necessary.

Deliver a diverse selection of educational materials and resources designed to engage children in active exploration, hands-on manipulation, and purposeful learning, as well as foster creativity through imaginative play.

Provide guidance and supervision to students regarding the proper use and maintenance of equipment and materials, ensuring safety and preventing potential injuries or damage.

Plan, direct, and facilitate a range of engaging activities—including games, arts and crafts, music, and storytelling—aimed at fostering holistic growth in physical, cognitive, and social domains.

Prepare indoor and outdoor spaces, as well as classrooms and materials, to support engaging play, learning, and motor-skill development while prioritizing safety.

Monitor each child’s development and submit detailed progress reports to the Principal, school leadership, and parents on a regular basis.

The incumbent is responsible for tracking and documenting each child’s developmental milestones and progress through regular observation and assessment.

Deliver personalized and collaborative instruction to students, tailoring pedagogical approaches to accommodate diverse learning preferences and academic interests.

Greet arriving students warmly and assist them with removing their outerwear to facilitate a smooth transition into the school environment. Additionally, engage them by selecting activities tailored to their interests to foster an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere.

Develop and uphold behavioral standards, policies, and operational protocols to ensure a structured and orderly environment for students.

Develop and oversee class projects, field trips, guest visits, and other experiential learning initiatives, while mentoring students to extract maximum educational value from these experiences.

To sustain and enhance professional expertise, participate in professional meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops.

Provide support with boarding and disembarking of passengers from the bus, ensuring a safe and organized process for all individuals involved.
