Job Profile:

Signature Healthcare Limited, a company certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22301:2019 standards, WHO-GDP compliant, and recognized with Blue Certification, specializes in the importation and commercialization of pharmaceutical products. They are currently seeking a Pharmaceutical Technologist specializing in warehousing to integrate their dynamic team.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are mandatory. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is critical. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting is highly desirable. Must demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability to change.

The Supply Chain Intern will collaborate extensively with members of our supply chain team to assist in a range of functions while enhancing the efficiency and overall effectiveness of our supply chain operations.

Performs a range of duties and responsibilities encompassing key operational tasks. Responsible for executing assigned functions with precision and efficiency, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards. Handles critical processes, maintains accurate records, and supports team objectives through diligent execution of responsibilities. Collaborates with colleagues to streamline workflows, resolve issues, and contribute to organizational goals. Demonstrates proficiency in relevant tools and methodologies while upholding quality and compliance requirements.

Support the acquisition process by identifying suitable suppliers, soliciting competitive quotes, and facilitating the issuance of purchase orders.

Facilitate inventory management operations by overseeing stock monitoring, coordinating replenishment efforts, and ensuring inventory accuracy through systematic verification processes.

Provide support in evaluating demand forecasts and current inventory levels to enhance replenishment strategies and reduce the occurrence of stock-outs.

Work collaboratively with logistics partners to guarantee the punctual delivery of goods and materials, thereby fulfilling both production schedules and customer expectations.

Assist in overseeing the tracking and monitoring of shipments by maintaining up-to-date records of their status and proactively addressing any transportation-related complications or delays as they arise.

Help maintain precise records and documentation for procurement, inventory, and logistics operations.

Collaborate on supply chain enhancement initiatives aimed at optimizing workflows and driving operational performance.

Facilitate data analysis and reporting initiatives to generate actionable insights regarding supply chain efficiency and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.

Conduct supplier evaluations and performance reviews to verify adherence to established quality and service level agreements.

Offer comprehensive administrative assistance to the supply chain team by performing data entry tasks, maintaining organized filing systems, and managing essential documentation.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a closely related field, supplemented by at least three years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with a strong grasp of data structures and algorithms. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, and experience with agile development methodologies are also required. Candidates must demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a capacity to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Holds a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology as part of educational qualifications.
