Oversee the entire internal monthly payroll lifecycle to guarantee precise and punctual salary disbursements.

Review, authenticate, and synthesize payroll data encompassing new employee additions, terminations, internal transfers, role advancements, compensation adjustments, benefits, deductions, unpaid absences, and all other payroll-related transactions.

Verify that all payroll modifications are accompanied by the necessary approvals and supporting documentation prior to processing.

Ensure all payroll outputs are meticulously examined for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with approved inputs prior to final authorization.

Ensure all payroll-related payments—such as salaries, allowances, reimbursements, advances, and other approved employee disbursements—are processed promptly in accordance with established timelines.

Examine payroll discrepancies, irregularities, and inconsistencies to identify root causes, then implement corrective actions promptly to guarantee accurate and timely payroll processing prior to finalization.

Ensure strict adherence to payroll compliance standards, perform accurate reconciliations, and generate comprehensive reporting maintaining regulatory alignment and operational integrity.

Accurate and prompt calculation, deduction, reconciliation, and remittance of all statutory obligations—such as PAYE, NSF, SHIP, Housing Levy, pension contributions, and other relevant deductions—must be ensured.

Prepare and validate payroll reconciliations, journal entries, schedules, and associated reports for submission to Finance and other relevant stakeholders.

Responsible for investigating and resolving discrepancies between payroll outputs and approved changes, statutory schedules, and general ledger compliance, ensuring alignment with established policies and financial records.

To collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external service providers, ensuring eligible employees are enrolled, updated, or removed from benefit programs promptly and accurately.

Offer expert counsel to employees regarding benefits procedures, specifically covering pension enrollment and exit processes, and coordinate as needed with scheme administrators or providers.

Ensure the accuracy and punctuality of benefit-related deductions and employer contributions during payroll processing.

Facilitate the annual renewal processes, provider updates, employee communications, and reporting on benefits as needed.
