Series Luxury Suites presents an Apprenticeship opportunity within our Security Department, specifically in CCTV Operations. Tailored for entry-level candidates, this program caters to individuals with less than two years of experience in security monitoring or comparable fields, aiming to cultivate expertise in professional surveillance and hospitality security.
Overseeing a comprehensive range of critical duties, this role encompasses executing core functions that drive operational excellence and strategic objectives. The position involves managing key tasks such as leading cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows to enhance productivity, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies. Additionally, the responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics to identify trends, developing and implementing process improvements, and maintaining robust communication channels with stakeholders to align efforts with company goals. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to prioritize competing demands in a dynamic environment.
Operate and maintain CCTV systems to uphold the safety and security of the premises. Diligently record and report any incidents with precision and timeliness.
Assist the Security team with daily operational tasks and compliance-related duties while ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality protocols and company-wide standards.
Requirements
A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in CCTV operations or security monitoring is required. Candidates must hold a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in a field related to security.
Professionals should possess foundational proficiency in operating surveillance systems and managing IT infrastructure to ensure technical efficiency.
Maintaining high ethical standards, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail, and adhering strictly to established protocols are essential. The role also demands strong collaborative abilities and exceptional communication skills.
