Candidates must possess at least five years of progressive professional experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in project management, strategic planning, or a closely aligned function. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities are essential, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in industry-specific software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory, and familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks is highly desirable. A minimum of a higher education degree or diploma is required.
Candidates should possess hands-on experience with randomized controlled trials (RCTs), with a preference for those who have managed such studies. While prior management experience is desirable, it is not an absolute requirement for consideration.
