Our client is in search of a proactive and ambitious Sales Executive to drive the growth of our corporate client base. The ideal applicant will focus on identifying new business prospects, cultivating enduring customer connections, and consistently meeting sales objectives within the stationery and office supplies industry.

As the inaugural sales appointment within our strategic expansion initiative, this role presents the chance to evolve alongside a burgeoning sales team as the company scales its operations.

Oversee a range of critical tasks, including managing daily operations, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency across departments. Collaborate with senior leadership to align objectives with organizational goals and drive sustainable growth. Maintain rigorous quality standards while fostering innovation and continuous improvement. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and recommend data-driven solutions. Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate seamless communication and coordination. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards while promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.

Responsibilities include identifying and securing new corporate clients, educational institutions, non-governmental organizations, and wholesale buyers as part of the business development strategy.

Demonstrate and market a comprehensive range of office stationery, academic supplies, office consumables, printer toners, ink cartridges, and associated products to drive sales and customer engagement.

Perform client visits, deliver presentations, and conduct product demonstrations as required.

Foster enduring connections with clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.

Develop and submit pricing proposals while actively pursuing potential sales leads to drive revenue growth.

Collect payments from onboarded clients promptly to maintain financial efficiency.

Your objective is to meet a monthly sales revenue target of KES 1,000,000.

Accurately document all sales activities and customer interactions to ensure comprehensive and up-to-date records.

Track evolving market trends and uncover untapped business opportunities to drive strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements
