Identify potential service concerns, issues, and challenges, then promptly escalate them to the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) and senior management for resolution.
Maintain precise documentation, support audit processes, and perform data cleaning duties as needed.
Provide necessary support to Field Engineers, including tasks such as installation, patching, troubleshooting, testing, and inventory management.
Prepare ad hoc reports as required to support analytical and operational needs.
Provide support to other departments and execute diverse initiatives as assigned.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or information technology, coupled with at least five years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in project management methodologies, along with demonstrated expertise in system analysis and troubleshooting, is essential.
