Facilitate business expansion and enhance brand equity within designated Key Accounts.

Achieve predetermined sales volume, revenue, and operating income benchmarks across the complete range of beverages and fresh produce offerings within assigned retail chains.

Craft and implement comprehensive annual business strategies tailored to designated Key Account chains.

Develop, finalize, and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and supply agreements in collaboration with Modern Trade partners through skilled negotiation and implementation strategies.

By maintaining optimal stock levels across all accounts and stores, monitoring SKU performance, and delivering reliable sales forecasts, you will enhance demand planning accuracy.

Oversee the prompt collection of accounts receivable from designated Key Accounts, ensuring alignment with mutually agreed trading terms.

Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives for key accounts to enhance brand visibility, foster consumer engagement, and ensure adherence to trade pricing policies.

Responsible for managing third-party merchandising and sales agencies, with a focus on conducting routine performance assessments to uphold service quality.

Leverage Sales Automation and CRM platforms to enhance account management, reporting accuracy, and overall sales performance.

Spearhead the development of innovative product listings and ensure their triumphant market introductions within designated accounts.

Prepare, authorize, and finalize annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) in collaboration with key customers.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or accounting, along with at least three years of professional experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related areas. Proficiency in financial software, such as Excel, QuickBooks, or SAP, is essential, as is a strong grasp of financial reporting and data analysis. Candidates must demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and experience in preparing financial statements are also required. The ideal candidate will possess a detail-oriented mindset and the capacity to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration (ideally with a focus on Marketing), or a closely related discipline is required.

With a minimum of five to seven years of sales expertise, including at least three years dedicated to key account management within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) setting, candidates should demonstrate proven proficiency in driving revenue growth and fostering long-term client relationships in a dynamic market environment.

Applicants must hold a valid and clean driving license, accompanied by at least three years of uninterrupted driving experience.

Experienced in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, with a demonstrated capacity to interpret data and compile precise, well-researched reports.
