Job Purpose Statement

This role involves a focus on the technical design, development, analysis, and management of NCAA Digital Business Middleware platforms, ensuring seamless integration with the Core Banking System, Bank Channels, Partners, and other third-party systems.

The position drives the execution of business strategy via the RITA by facilitating seamless information flow across multiple Bank Systems. Candidates must possess strong prototyping capabilities, outstanding interpersonal skills, and the capacity to thrive within an agile team environment while balancing competing priorities. Additionally, the role involves designing solutions aligned with a broader roadmap and providing hands-on support for implemented technologies.

Manages and nurtures key client relationships to drive business growth and retention, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client expectations. Collaborates cross-functionally to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Develops and executes strategic account plans tailored to each client’s needs, monitoring performance metrics and adjusting approaches as necessary to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Acts as the primary point of contact for designated high-value accounts, resolving escalations promptly and advocating internally for client requirements. Drives revenue generation through targeted initiatives, contract negotiations, and retention strategies, contributing to the overall financial goals of the organization.

The successful fulfillment of this position’s duties will strengthen the NCAA brands by accomplishing the following essential responsibilities:

The design, development, analysis, delivery, and continuous enhancement of all Systems Integration processes account for 40% of the role’s responsibilities.

Deliver second-level assistance for escalated incidents forwarded by the IT Operations and IT Applications Teams, comprising 20% of the role’s responsibilities.

Professional Rewrite:
Ensuring strict compliance with established internal policies and procedures is essential for the development and administration of NCAA Integration Platforms and Middleware repositories, in alignment with ITIL and other industry best practices, representing 10% of the role’s responsibilities.

We ensure the maintenance, support, and periodic auditing of existing service lifecycle artifacts to meet agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs). Additionally, we facilitate effective collaboration and adhere to established protocols when interacting with other technical platform owners and internal business stakeholders.

Provide strategic guidance to internal stakeholders regarding technological enhancements to effectively achieve and optimize business goals, comprising 10% of the role responsibilities.

We are responsible for architecting, developing, and continually enhancing the Bank’s Integration Platforms, including the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) frameworks.

Ensure the adherence to internal policies and procedures governing the management of software applications in alignment with ITIL standards and other industry best practices.

Offer specialized support for second-level escalations related to the bank’s Integration Platforms, assisting the teams responsible for daily IT platform operations.

Apply expertise in essential technology frameworks and platforms, including Oracle SOA and Java, to drive technical solutions and innovation.

Ensure services remain accessible and operational in adherence to the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Collaborate with business and product development teams to create detailed functional and technical specifications, subsequently devising strategic solutions to fulfill these outlined requirements.

We are responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong, productive relationships with third-party partners integral to service delivery, ensuring adherence to established protocols and fostering collaborative partnerships.

Offer expert technical insights and recommendations to users and stakeholders, addressing their inquiries and concerns with precision. Facilitate clear communication between technical teams and non-technical parties to ensure understanding and alignment. Assist in resolving issues, optimizing processes, and implementing effective solutions while maintaining a high standard of service and support.

In-house software applications are developed by the organization, encompassing comprehensive design, development, and implementation phases to ensure alignment with business objectives and user requirements. These applications are crafted to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and deliver tailored solutions that address specific organizational challenges. The process involves rigorous testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance to guarantee optimal performance and security. Stakeholder collaboration, adherence to best practices, and adherence to project timelines are essential to the successful delivery of these custom-built solutions.

Leverage source control and bug tracking systems to maximize productivity and ensure streamlined project workflows.

To maintain the integrity and efficiency of the bank’s information technology platforms, it is essential to continuously monitor and incorporate technological advancements, ensuring that investments in IT infrastructure remain secure, competitive, and future-ready.

Assess, execute, and sustain the designated work packages in Integration Projects while adhering to the established timeframes.

Assist in the creation and upkeep of Business Continuity and Data Security Plans for the Integration Platforms to ensure uninterrupted service delivery at all times.

As needed, provide knowledge transfer sessions on integration platforms to both the IT Operations and IT Applications teams to ensure alignment and proficiency.

Conducts comprehensive research and development initiatives to assess emerging technologies and determine their feasibility for enhancing platform performance.

Develop comprehensive unit tests to validate the robustness, reliability, and edge-case handling of the codebase, ensuring flawless functionality under varied conditions.

Monitor and oversee service user complaints diligently to uphold and sustain the highest standards of service delivery.
