Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Ensure alignment of departmental objectives with broader company goals while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency, productivity, and quality across all functions. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed. Lead cross-functional initiatives, facilitate communication between departments, and resolve conflicts to maintain cohesive workflows. Manage budgets, allocate resources, and prioritize projects to maximize return on investment (ROI) and support sustainable growth. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and retention. Serve as a liaison with senior leadership, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment with strategic priorities. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability to adapt to evolving business needs and market demands.

To promote the health and well-being of students and staff, the role involves delivering first aid, addressing minor illnesses and injuries, handling medical emergencies, administering prescribed medications, maintaining confidential medical records, and assisting students with special health needs.

To advance preventive health education, enforce infection control protocols, foster hygiene awareness, emphasize proper nutrition, support mental well-being, and facilitate timely referrals to external healthcare providers when necessary.

Collaborate effectively with students, parents, educators, school leadership, healthcare professionals, and public health authorities to maintain a secure, healthy, and nurturing educational setting.

To support the identification of health risks, manage medical supplies, facilitate school health protocols, and ensure adherence to emergency response and safeguarding procedures.

Leads health promotion initiatives and screening programs within the school setting while maintaining expertise in referral protocols to healthcare providers.

Educate students and staff about essential healthy habits, including proper nutrition, hygiene, and other wellness practices, to foster a supportive and informed environment.

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications: a minimum of five years of experience in a related field, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, and proficiency in industry-standard software tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Additionally, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as is proficiency in industry-standard software and tools. Prior experience managing projects, leading teams, or implementing process improvements is highly desirable. Familiarity with regulatory compliance, data analysis, or stakeholder management would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a track record of delivering measurable results and adapting to evolving business needs.

Earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited university or nursing school.

Must hold an active registration with the Nursing Council of Kenya.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of two to three years of hands-on nursing practice, ideally within educational institutions, pediatric care, adolescent health services, or community health environments.

Holds a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Upholding unwavering integrity and consistently adhering to ethical standards.

A thorough understanding of typical child development patterns and the various health concerns associated with each stage is essential.

Proficient in delivering first aid and addressing minor childhood illnesses and conditions with competence.
