To enhance visibility and utilization of the organization’s conference facilities and event spaces, develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives.
Devise and execute a diverse range of original events, including themed evenings, corporate gatherings, social functions, and other initiatives designed to drive customer engagement and enhance revenue streams.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to uncover emerging business opportunities.
Compile comprehensive sales reports and monitor performance metrics to ensure alignment with established goals and objectives.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment. Proficiency in project management software and advanced Microsoft Office skills are essential. Strong analytical abilities, keen attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently under tight deadlines are required. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is mandatory, along with exceptional communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams. Applicants must hold a Certificate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or an equivalent qualification in a closely related discipline.

Possesses prior professional experience in the hospitality sector, having contributed to roles within hotels, restaurants, or related establishments.

Monthly base salary amounts to KES 60,000.
A 10% commission is earned on total monthly food sales achieved.
Achieving a 5% commission on meetings and conference sales, this role rewards your efforts upon surpassing the monthly sales target of KES 2.8 million.
