Oversee the execution of approved lubricants brand and channel (B2B & B2C) sales and marketing initiatives, encompassing concept development, direct implementation, and collaboration with third-party agencies as needed, all within the allocated budget constraints.
Oversee the execution of B2B customer value propositions (CVP) and the management of the sales pipeline (SPAN COP) in collaboration with the sales teams and Frontline Technical Services (FLTS) Team.
Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to confirm achievement of target return on marketing investments, both before and after implementation.
Oversee agency partnerships to execute the established marketing communication strategies for designated brands and channel projects.
Provide assistance and engage in the on-site execution of distributor marketing programs, oversee agency activities as needed, and assess performance outcomes to ensure alignment with objectives.
