Oversee and execute a range of critical duties to ensure operational excellence and organizational success. To devise and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing revenue streams across food, beverage, events, and conference services.

Foster revenue growth by cultivating corporate alliances, securing group reservations, and executing strategic promotional initiatives.

Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives across social media platforms and other online channels.

Cultivate new business prospects while nurturing existing client relationships to drive sustained growth and satisfaction.

Actively promote and market the organization’s conference facilities and event spaces to maximize visibility and engagement.

Devise and execute fresh, engaging events—including themed evenings, corporate gatherings, and social functions—as well as other initiatives aimed at driving foot traffic and boosting revenue.

Analyze market trends and competitor movements to uncover potential business opportunities.

Compile comprehensive sales reports while monitoring performance metrics to ensure alignment with predetermined objectives.

You will serve as an ambassador for the organization at networking events and business development engagements, upholding professional standards and fostering meaningful connections.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in a relevant field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are required to meet project deadlines and client expectations. Prior experience in project management or a similar role is highly advantageous.

The preferred candidate must possess:

Hold a Certificate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or an equivalent qualification in a related discipline.

Minimum of three years’ demonstrated sales and marketing experience, supported by a verifiable and successful track record.

Proficient in crafting and implementing digital marketing and social media strategies is essential.

Professional candidates must possess prior hands-on experience in the hospitality sector.

Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in communication, negotiation, and the cultivation of professional relationships.

Able to operate autonomously and deliver results that consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance-based contractual obligations.

Creativity, innovation, and a strong ability to secure lucrative events and functions are essential to drive business growth for the establishment and enhance its conference facilities.

This role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and performance-based bonuses. Additionally, eligible employees may participate in stock options or profit-sharing programs, fostering long-term growth and alignment with company success.

A monthly basic salary of KES 60,000 is provided for this position.

Earn a 10% commission on all monthly food sales achieved.

You will earn a 5% commission on meetings and conference sales, calculated on all revenue generated beyond the monthly sales target of KES 2.8 million.
