Ensure adherence to the established offer book in alignment with the customer promise initiatives.

Oversee credit operations in alignment with established company policies and the manual of authorities. Ensure timely debt collection according to agreed-upon trading terms while performing customer credit appraisals as they become due.
Ensure all invoices and statements are issued to customers in a timely manner while proactively addressing any discrepancies or disputes that may arise. Resolve invoice-related concerns efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction and financial accuracy.
Develop and enforce company policies and procedures while establishing and maintaining the necessary controls to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
Conduct routine audits of equipment at client locations and promptly recommend or implement corrective measures. Collaborate with the Engineering team as needed to address tank installations, revalidation processes, and other technical specifications.

Deliver precise sales forecasts to optimize the Sales & Operations Planning process.
