What You’ll Do
The role involves managing the seamless transfer and reconciliation of number plates for vehicles and mobility assets as they move between Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), warehouses, dealerships, and retail locations, both inbound and outbound.
Overseeing the execution of delivery schedules, interbranch transfers, and asset returns, the role ensures prompt and cost-effective distribution.
We oversee and coordinate all corporate taxi services, encompassing Little Cab, airport transfers, car hire arrangements, and the processing of related vendor payments.
Responsibilities include monitoring and documenting daily stock movements, as well as assisting with monthly stock audits and reconciliation procedures.
Monitor the utilization of corporate cabs and staff transportation services while assisting with the coordination of fleet maintenance, swap reconciliations, and vehicle availability tracking to ensure efficient operations.
Promptly reporting any accidents, incidents, or breakdowns is essential to ensure uninterrupted fleet operations, as is adhering to follow-up procedures to maintain vehicle availability.
We collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Experience, Retail Operations, Finance, and technical teams to guarantee prompt order fulfillment while promptly notifying appropriate stakeholders of any delays, damages, or incidents.
Responsibilities include compiling and filing essential logistics documentation, such as delivery notes, waybills, fuel records, repair documents, and expense support materials.
Ensuring adherence to approved transport, fleet, and safety policies across all logistics operations, this role involves verifying that all drivers, riders, and vehicles possess current licenses, insurance coverage, and required statutory documents prior to deployment.
Maintaining precise and current documentation is essential for facilitating incident reporting, conducting audits, and performing compliance reviews.
Seasoned professionals with deep knowledge in a specialized field are sought, requiring a minimum of five years of hands-on experience to ensure proficiency. Applicants must possess strong analytical abilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in industry-specific tools and technologies is essential, along with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely. A relevant qualification includes a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience is also acceptable.
Seeking candidates with 24 to 36 months of hands-on involvement in logistics, distribution, or transport operations.
Proficient in Excel and reporting, with a meticulous focus on precision in documentation.
Effective communication and strong collaborative abilities are essential, along with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks concurrently.
