Supervise daily Lake Logistics Operations and oversee general maintenance to uphold optimal distribution models and consistent maintenance schedules.

Verify that all harvest workers maintain optimal health conditions and are fully capable of performing effectively in the lake environment.

To ensure operational readiness, coordinate with the technical team to maintain the following equipment in optimal working condition: scoop nets, seine nets, a crane, and well services generators.

Ensure full adherence to all applicable internal and external regulatory requirements at all times.

Seeking a candidate with a strong background in project management, exceptional organizational abilities, and proficiency in relevant software tools. The ideal applicant will possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in project coordination or a similar role.
