Execute medical procedures in strict accordance with established scope of practice and professional competency standards.
Engage in ward rounds, conduct clinical audits, participate in mortality and morbidity reviews, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Work collaboratively with consultants, nurses, allied health professionals, and other healthcare team members to optimize patient management.

Engage in assigned emergency call responsibilities, outreach efforts, and community health programs to support public safety and well-being.
Provide guidance and facilitate the professional development of medical students, interns, and other healthcare trainees through structured training and mentorship initiatives.

Maintain compliance with professional, ethical, legal, and regulatory standards applicable to medical practice.
Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A recognized institution must have awarded a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MB ChB) degree or an equivalent qualification.
Registered and licensed by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC), ensuring compliance with national professional standards and regulatory requirements.
A current, active professional license in good standing is required for this position.
Interns must successfully finish an internship training program.
A minimum of one year of post-internship clinical practice experience is highly desirable.
Professional certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is highly desirable for this role.
