This full-time hybrid position requires an Insurance Agent to be primarily based in Mombasa, with the option for occasional remote work. The Insurance Agent will focus on prospecting and securing new clients, delivering customized insurance solutions, nurturing existing client relationships, and upholding high standards of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include evaluating clients’ insurance requirements, guiding them through available policy choices, facilitating policy renewals, and addressing inquiries related to insurance policies and claims. Additionally, the Agent will contribute to the creation and execution of sales strategies designed to achieve both individual and team objectives.
Qualifications
Accomplished professionals must demonstrate an expert-level understanding of insurance sales methodologies, the complexities of insurance products, and the operational dynamics of insurance brokerage processes.
Proficiency in financial principles and their practical implementation in insurance management is essential.
Demonstrated expertise in customer service, coupled with a proven ability to cultivate and sustain meaningful client relationships.
Proficient in conveying information clearly, engaging in constructive dialogue, and fostering positive professional relationships are essential competencies for this role.
Capable of functioning autonomously as well as within a blended work setting, seamlessly transitioning between remote and on-site responsibilities.
