This is a full-time hybrid position for an Insurance Agent, primarily based in Mombasa with the option for occasional remote work. The Insurance Agent will be tasked with prospecting and onboarding new clients, delivering customized insurance solutions, nurturing existing client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include evaluating client insurance requirements, advising clients on policy selections, managing policy renewals, and addressing inquiries related to insurance policies and claims. Additionally, Agents will collaborate on the formulation and execution of sales strategies to achieve both individual and team objectives.
Qualifications
Possesses strong expertise in Insurance Sales, a deep understanding of diverse Insurance products, and comprehensive knowledge of Insurance Brokerage procedures.
A solid grasp of fundamental financial principles and their practical application in insurance management is essential.
Exceptional customer service capabilities are required, including the proficiency to cultivate and sustain robust client relationships.
Required are strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities to foster productive relationships and resolve conflicts efficiently.
Proficient in operating with minimal supervision while effectively adapting to both remote and on-site work arrangements.
Proficiency in the insurance or financial services sector constitutes a beneficial qualification.
