The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications: –
Serve as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, holding a valid and current Practicing Certificate.
Demonstrate unwavering integrity and maintain the highest standards of professionalism in all engagements.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of five years of hands-on legal experience in a high-volume law firm setting following admission to the bar.
The successful candidate will be required to work and be based in Nairobi.
Demonstrated proficiency in using computers and related software applications is required.
Maintain a proactive and self-motivated approach while demonstrating initiative and drive in all responsibilities.
Demonstrate outstanding abilities in both verbal and written communication, along with strong interpersonal competencies.
Demonstrates strong collaborative skills to effectively function within a team environment.
Demonstrate exceptional organizational proficiency and thrive under high-pressure environments.
Capable of independently managing tasks with little to no oversight.
Compensation for this position is highly flexible and subject to negotiation, tailored to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and professional background.
