Oversee the efficient management and execution of daily operations, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards. Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Monitor performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership to support informed decision-making. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve organizational goals. Act as a liaison between departments to align objectives and facilitate seamless communication.

To consistently meet monthly sales targets and expand the client base, drive revenue growth through strategic outreach and relationship-building initiatives.

Ensures that only loans meeting stringent quality standards are submitted to the business for consideration.

Deliver assistance in the restoration of facilities assigned either by yourself or by the team.

Maintains a strict policy against any customer complaints, whether they originate from internal stakeholders or external clients.

Preserve strict confidentiality regarding all customer data at all times.

Seeking a highly motivated professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, along with a strong proficiency in project management software and advanced Excel capabilities. Responsibilities include coordinating team schedules, managing client communications, and ensuring project deadlines are met efficiently. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is required, and prior experience in a leadership position is highly preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure are essential for success in this role.

A bachelor’s degree or diploma in sales, marketing, or any business-related discipline is required.

Professional experience in a Microfinance Institution is required.

With a minimum of four years in a leadership role, such as Team Leader or Branch Manager, you possess the experience necessary to excel in this position.
