Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting are essential. Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems is a must. Excellent communication abilities to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are also required.
A diploma or degree in Sales, Business, or Marketing is required.
With a minimum of two to four years in team leadership within sales, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity, candidates should demonstrate proven experience in guiding and managing teams to achieve sales targets.
A background in mobile, electronics, or FMCG distribution is advantageous.
