Job Purpose:
The Lead Systems Integrator & Developer oversees the complete execution and dependability of the organization’s essential data integration systems. This position involves designing and managing the data infrastructure for a rapidly expanding, multi-campus international school network, serving as the principal architect behind the school’s integration backbone. The role focuses on constructing and sustaining automated data flows that interconnect HR, MIS, Library, and Google Workspace platforms. Accountable for the entire delivery process, responsibilities span from gathering requirements with non-technical stakeholders to defining architecture, executing development and deployment, and ensuring continuous monitoring and thorough documentation.

Post-graduate credentials such as Google Professional Data Engineer or AWS Certified Data Analytics in Data Engineering or Cloud Architecture are required.

Proficiency in Kenya’s Data Protection Act of 2019 is required.
