A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Building Science, or an equivalent discipline is required.

A minimum of three years of practical experience in quantity surveying, construction costing, or project cost management is required.

Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel and cost management software is required.

Proficient in analyzing construction drawings and technical specifications to ensure accurate execution of project requirements.
