JOB PURPOSE
This role involves supporting the strategic planning and daily operations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Business Development Function, covering both General Business and Medical sectors for broker and tender business. Additionally, the position is tasked with expanding existing broker accounts and ensuring the quality control of tender documentation.
Education-wise, candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, complemented by at least three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Additionally, proficiency in industry-standard software tools and a solid understanding of best practices are essential requirements. Strong analytical skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently are also critical for success in this position.
Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of professional experience in software development. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++, is essential. Additionally, experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and familiarity with DevOps practices are required. The ideal applicant will have a strong background in system design and architecture, as well as a proven track record of delivering scalable solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are also necessary.
A bachelor’s degree in commerce, public relations, or a related social studies field is required.
Qualified individuals holding a Fellowship or ACID/AII designation, or those with a Chartered Marketer credential, are encouraged to apply.
Minimum of four years of managerial experience is required.

Professionals in this role must possess comprehensive expertise in both General and Medical insurance, ensuring a thorough understanding of policy frameworks, coverage options, and regulatory standards across these domains.
