Maintain optimal inventory levels across all accounts and stores to ensure demand planning accuracy, while monitoring SKU performance and delivering dependable sales forecasts.
Responsible for ensuring prompt collection of accounts receivable from designated Key Accounts while adhering to mutually agreed trading terms.
Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives for key accounts to elevate brand visibility, enhance consumer interaction, and ensure adherence to trade pricing policies.
Responsible for supervising third-party merchandising and sales agencies while conducting consistent performance assessments to verify adherence to service quality standards.
Leverage Sales Automation and CRM platforms to enhance account management, reporting capabilities, and overall sales performance.
Spearhead the development and execution of innovative product listings while ensuring seamless market introductions across designated accounts.
Review, authorize, and finalize annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) in collaboration with key customers.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates must possess at least three years of professional experience in a related role, with a proven track record of delivering results. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is required, and familiarity with project management methodologies is highly advantageous. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are also necessary to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
A bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration—ideally with a focus on Marketing—or an equivalent field is required.
With a minimum of five to seven years of sales expertise, candidates must possess at least three years of experience in key account management within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) setting.
Applicants must hold a clean, valid driver’s license accompanied by at least three years of uninterrupted driving experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a demonstrated ability to analyze data and craft precise, informative reports.
