We are currently seeking applications for the position identified by the reference number CIH-HR-05/2026. The Deputy Principal & Campus Administrator will act on behalf of the Principal to deliver strong leadership and governance across the institution, while also managing the routine academic, administrative, and operational activities of the assigned campus. This position is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of academic programs, the supervision of staff, the provision of student support services, and the enhancement of operational efficiency. Additionally, the role enforces adherence to institutional policies, regulatory standards, and the Institute’s strategic goals.

Oversee and execute essential duties including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring deliverables are completed within established deadlines. Lead cross-functional initiatives, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and maintain alignment with organizational goals. Monitor progress through regular assessments, identify potential risks, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate challenges. Foster a collaborative work environment by delegating tasks effectively and providing guidance to team members. Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements throughout all operational processes.

Lead the oversight and coordination of all academic, administrative, and operational functions for the designated campus on a daily basis.

Support the execution of the Institute’s strategic plan, policies, quality standards, and institutional goals. Additionally, manage academic programs, student affairs, and learner support services to guarantee high-quality training and a positive student experience.

Elevate standards of professionalism, discipline, and customer service while fostering a positive and enriching student experience throughout the campus community.

Oversee department heads, trainers, and support personnel to maintain high standards of service delivery and operational performance.

Facilitate the expansion of student enrollment by implementing strategic marketing efforts, fostering partnerships, and enhancing community engagement initiatives across the campus catchment area.

Responsible for the appropriate management, upkeep, and safeguarding of training facilities, learning resources, and institutional assets to maintain their optimal condition and security.

Ensure adherence to VET regulatory frameworks and institutional quality assurance mechanisms, encompassing Quality Management System standards (ISO 9001:2015).

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is essential. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is required. At least three years of related experience in a similar role is mandatory. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are expected. Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices is crucial. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively is important. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting is beneficial. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development is highly valued.

A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, education, or a closely related discipline is required.

With a minimum of five years of demonstrated expertise in academic administration, hospitality training, or institutional management, candidates should possess a proven track record of leadership and operational oversight in these fields.

Exceptional abilities in leadership, communication, and organizational management are essential for this role. The position requires a proven track record of guiding teams effectively, conveying ideas clearly, and maintaining structured workflows to achieve objectives.

Demonstrated expertise in information and communication technology (ICT) systems, as well as administrative management platforms, is essential.

Proficiency in VET or Hospitality Education brings a distinct competitive edge to the role.
