The Deputy Principal & Campus Administrator will assume the Principal’s responsibilities as needed, offering leadership and governance for the institution while managing the daily academic, administrative, and operational activities of the assigned campus. This position is responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of academic programs, supervising staff, enhancing student support services, maintaining operational efficiency, upholding institutional and regulatory compliance, and executing the Institute’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency, managing project timelines and deliverables, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align goals, conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback, maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, along with excellent communication and interpersonal competencies.
Demonstrate leadership while overseeing and managing the daily academic, administrative, and operational functions of the designated campus.
We are responsible for executing the Institute’s strategic plan, policies, quality standards, and institutional objectives. Additionally, we provide oversight of academic programs, student affairs, and learner support services to uphold excellence in training and foster a positive student experience.
Demonstrate and uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discipline, and customer service while fostering a positive and enriching student experience throughout the campus community.
Oversee departmental leaders, trainers, and support personnel to maintain high standards of service delivery and operational effectiveness.
Support the increase in student enrollment by implementing strategic marketing efforts, cultivating partnerships, and fostering community engagement initiatives within the designated campus catchment area.
Ensure the efficient and secure management of training facilities, learning resources, and institutional assets, maintaining their proper utilization and upkeep.
Ensure adherence to VET regulatory standards and institutional quality assurance frameworks, encompassing Quality Management System criteria as outlined in ISO 9001:2015.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is mandatory. A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in software development, system architecture, or a comparable technical role is required. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking are critical for success in this position. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, education, or a closely related discipline is required for this position.
A minimum of five years of professional experience in academic administration, hospitality training, or institutional management is required.
A proven ability to lead teams effectively, combined with exceptional communication and organizational capabilities, is essential for this role.
Proven expertise in information and communication technology (ICT) systems as well as administrative software and digital tools is required.
Relevant experience within Technical and Vocational Education and Training (VET) or Hospitality Education is highly beneficial.
