In pursuit of advancing healthcare delivery and enhancing the expertise of health professionals, NCMTC is seeking two Senior Clinical Officers to spearhead the design, accreditation, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of Higher Diploma programs in Clinical Medicine and Surgery within their designated specialty areas. Additionally, these roles will involve providing academic, clinical, and professional stewardship to learners, faculty, and institutional partners. Initially, the focus will be on Reproductive Health (Machos Campus) and Ophthalmology (K Campus), though the successful candidates will also be responsible for initiating and overseeing the establishment of additional post-basic courses across all NCMTC campuses. This position is jointly funded by Comundo, a Swiss NGO.
