Your responsibilities will include ensuring the released data products meet their intended purpose and maximize value delivery.

You will collaborate with the Senior Manager of Data Products to jointly establish the data delivery roadmap, prioritize team tasks effectively, and mentor colleagues to enhance their technical skills and domain expertise.

Approximately half of your responsibilities will involve leading teams and executing strategic initiatives, while the remaining half will focus on direct, operational project execution.

You will spearhead the deployment of dashboards across the organization and collaborate with the Implementation team to facilitate seamless project rollouts.

Facilitating collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of the customer rollout strategy.

Periodically engage with field colleagues and key data-gathering stakeholders to uncover potential biases and reporting vulnerabilities, then deliver insightful reports that empower them to recognize and mitigate these risks.

Establish a structured and systematic approach to collecting regional insights, systematically incorporating them as data into internal reports to support bottom-up strategic initiatives.

We seek to proactively uncover innovative ways to strategically integrate data, ensuring seamless efficiency and intuitive usability while driving heightened engagement.

WHAT YOU BRING:

With a minimum of one year of managerial experience—or its equivalent in coaching, mentoring, and training junior staff—you bring a strong foundation in leadership.

Analyze root causes of issues and take initiative to address them in coordination with team members.

Proficient in end-to-end utilization of data visualization platforms including Power BI and Tableau is required.
