Administer the organisation’s medical scheme and pension/provident fund, coordinating with insurance administrators to process reimbursements, manage new enrolments, and facilitate removals as required.

Responsible for administering employee leave management and ensuring the HR Information Management System (RIMS) is updated to facilitate precise reporting; compile monthly organizational charts as required.

Oversee the performance management system to guarantee adherence to critical dates and deadlines.

Oversee the administration and execution of contracts for volunteers, temporary staff, and interns, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements throughout their engagement.

HR Compliance & Turnaround Time – 95% of HR processes—including contracts, confirmations, payroll updates, and leave records—are executed with precision and completed within predefined timeframes. The objective is to achieve a minimum of 95% on-time completion while ensuring strict adherence to all statutory compliance requirements without any breaches.

Graduates who fulfill the career readiness sessions are counted toward the Career Readiness Engagement metric. This measure tracks the number of students who successfully complete the required career development activities.

Graduate Outcome Tracking Completes at a Rate of 85%, with updated employment statuses documented in the tracking database for graduates at 3, 6, and 12-month milestones. The objective is to achieve data completeness of 85% or higher for each cohort cycle.
