Oversee a range of critical duties that include managing daily operations, coordinating team activities, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize efficiency and achieve key performance indicators. Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable solutions to maintain productivity. Supervise staff performance, conduct evaluations, and foster a collaborative work environment. Maintain accurate records, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Act as the main liaison between the organization and critical account stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment throughout all engagements.
Foster trusted advisory relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and internal partners to ensure alignment and mutual success.
Develop and ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Business or an equivalent level of professional experience is required.
Minimum of three years of demonstrated expertise within a related professional field is required.
Proficient users of the Microsoft Office suite—including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related applications—are required.
Strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication is essential.
