Act as the main technical liaison between our organization and the merchants, alongside their technical teams, facilitating seamless communication throughout the integration process.

Analyze user needs to identify their business and technical challenges, then articulate solutions that align with those requirements.

Collaborate closely with our Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams to educate customers on feasible technical solutions.

Engage with clients through various communication channels, including email, telephone, and video conferencing platforms such as Zoom.

Enhance both internal and external documentation as well as process workflows associated with a diverse portfolio of products.

Collaborate closely with the Team Lead to enhance existing tools and methodologies, aiming to bolster the efficiency of self-service capabilities, the precision of our recommendations, and the caliber of service extended to merchants.

What we’d like you to have:

Demonstrates flexibility in accommodating shift-based scheduling, including assignments outside conventional working hours, to meet operational demands.

A solid grasp of technical systems is required, along with the capacity to articulate that expertise in a way that effectively assists merchants.

Professional experience with diverse switch platforms, including MSDK, Base24, ACI, and Banker/Paying, alongside a strong technical background in banking operations, with a focus on payments and card issuance.

Professionals who thrive on curiosity and possess a strong drive to collaborate with colleagues throughout the organization will excel in this role, where the primary focus is on delivering outstanding support to our merchants.

The capacity to independently manage tasks and proactively recognize opportunities for enhancement is essential. Demonstrating strong self-discipline and a forward-thinking mindset to seek out and implement improvements is a key requirement.

The capacity to cultivate and maintain robust, mutually beneficial relationships with both internal teams and external partners is essential.

Proficient in crafting articulate business correspondence and delivering fluent spoken English.

A strong grasp of diverse programming languages, including Python and JavaScript, is essential for this role.

Authorization to work legally in your country of residence is required.

Preferred experience in payment processing is advantageous, though not mandatory.
