Our client, a dynamic organization in the automotive industry, is actively seeking driven and customer-focused Junior Sales Officers to join their team. Oversee key responsibilities and primary functions to ensure operational excellence and organizational success. Drive sales of automotive workshop services, spare parts, and complementary products to both individual and corporate customers.

Develop and nurture enduring customer connections to foster ongoing patronage and brand loyalty.

Drive revenue expansion by consistently meeting and exceeding established sales targets, thereby directly supporting organizational profitability and financial objectives.

Compile and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing sales performance metrics for review and analysis.

Proactively engage with leads to nurture relationships and transform them into loyal, repeat patrons.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and tact, striving to provide prompt and satisfactory resolutions to enhance overall satisfaction.

Maintain meticulous documentation of all customer engagements, including inquiries, quotes provided, and completed transactions.

Contribute to the execution of marketing initiatives, promotional efforts, and brand-enhancement activities tailored to the automotive sector.

Track and analyze competitive movements and evolving market dynamics within the automotive sector.

Job Specifications and Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or business administration, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a related discipline. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in project management methodologies, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities. Familiarity with industry-specific software or tools is required, and prior experience in a leadership role is preferred. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, the capacity to work under pressure, and a commitment to continuous professional development.

A degree or certification in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.

A minimum of two years of proven sales experience is required; prior involvement in a workshop or technical setting would be highly beneficial.

Demonstrates a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to utilize their advanced features efficiently.
