This position will fall under the Business Analysis and Business Architecture department, collaborating with Business Analysts and Transformation teams to identify business requirements, assess processes, and aid in the execution of organizational change initiatives. The intern will facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams by collecting requirements, recording processes, and assisting in solution design efforts.

This internship provides a meaningful chance to acquire practical experience in business analysis within an international company. Responsible for overseeing primary account functions, the incumbent ensures alignment with organizational objectives while managing key client relationships. This role involves providing strategic direction, analyzing account performance, and identifying growth opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Additionally, the position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, resolve escalations, and maintain high service standards. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a fast-paced environment. Experience in a senior account management role is essential, along with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and a deep understanding of client engagement strategies.

Support the collection and documentation of business requirements, develop process maps and user stories, aid in data analysis efforts, and contribute to the creation of polished project documentation.

Review deliverables to verify adherence to agreed standards, ensuring consistency and completeness throughout all quality assurance activities.

Collaborate seamlessly with the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) and project teams to integrate analytical outcomes into project execution, thereby facilitating seamless implementation and the achievement of projected value.

Essential

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program or holding a recent degree in a relevant field, including International Development, Business Administration, Project Management, or a closely aligned discipline.

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, along with three or more years of hands-on experience in the industry. Certification from a recognized professional body is strongly preferred. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is essential, as is the ability to analyze complex data and interpret findings accurately. Strong communication skills are necessary to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Organized and adept at multitasking, you will handle a diverse range of responsibilities, including administrative functions, meeting logistics, and document oversight.

Proven ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with a wide variety of teams and stakeholders, fostering positive and productive relationships.

A strong command of Microsoft Office applications—specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint—as well as experience with collaborative platforms such as SharePoint or Jira, is highly advantageous.
