Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management. Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is essential. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. PMP or CAP certification is a strong plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to interact with stakeholders and team members. Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or MS Project is mandatory. Understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity principles, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is highly desirable.
