.Responsibilities

To guarantee adherence to customer acquisition and onboarding procedures—specifically Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols and customer education on top-up processes—thorough oversight and execution are required.

Works collaboratively with the Line Manager to design, implement, and track sales strategies within the designated territory.

Monitor and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) throughout the acquisition and onboarding phases.

Devices must be retrieved from customers who fail to comply with established policies, ensuring proper inventory control and adherence to contractual obligations.

Deliver first-tier assistance by conducting on-site troubleshooting and resolving customer issues promptly.

Escalation of customer issues that remain unresolved after initial attempts at resolution constitutes a primary responsibility, requiring prompt transfer to appropriate support tiers or specialized teams.

Network issues requiring escalation are identified and addressed through a systematic approach. This includes analyzing symptoms, documenting findings, and coordinating with senior technical staff to implement effective solutions. The role necessitates a clear understanding of network infrastructure, troubleshooting methodologies, and adherence to escalation protocols.

The position involves compiling and summarizing data on target accomplishments on a daily basis.

Track monthly trends within designated markets and conduct comprehensive analysis to identify key patterns, shifts, and opportunities for strategic decision-making. Ensure consistent monitoring of market dynamics to provide actionable insights that support business objectives and drive informed planning.

Develop dashboards for weekly evaluations to support data-driven decision-making processes.

As needed, develop and compile ad-hoc reports to provide timely insights and support decision-making processes.

Track and document competitor actions and developments, providing comprehensive updates and analyses to relevant stakeholders.

Deliver valuable customer insights and recommend appropriate products or services tailored to their specific requirements.

Develop and implement comprehensive on-ground marketing initiatives, including road shows, estate storms, and mall activations, to drive engagement and brand visibility.

Qualifications

A master’s degree or a Diploma in Business Administration—or an equivalent credential—is required.

Proficiency in telecom and fixed wireless industry trends represents an additional benefit.

Seeking a candidate with at least one year of sales experience in outdoor environments, ideally within the telecommunications sector, though this background is not strictly required.

Demonstrates strong commercial awareness by analyzing competitive dynamics, evaluating product offerings, pricing structures, and commission frameworks to inform strategic decision-making.

A strong grasp of technologies spanning 5G and Fixed Wireless Services is essential for success in this role.

Capable of demonstrating resilience and consistently meeting ambitious performance objectives are essential attributes for this role.
