Overseeing a comprehensive range of duties, this role entails managing critical tasks with precision and accountability. To uphold adherence to customer acquisition and onboarding protocols, including Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and customer education regarding top-up processes.

Partners with the Line Manager to design, implement, and track sales initiatives within the designated region.

Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met throughout the acquisition and onboarding phases, verifying compliance with established performance benchmarks and timelines.

The retrieval of devices from clients who have not met compliance standards is required.

Deliver initial-tier assistance by performing on-site diagnostics and resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently.

Handled escalation of complex customer issues that could not be resolved at the initial support tier, ensuring timely and effective resolution through structured problem-solving and coordination with higher-level teams.

Network problems must be promptly elevated to senior technical personnel for resolution. Individuals are expected to identify, document, and communicate any anomalies or disruptions in network performance to the appropriate teams. This includes conducting initial troubleshooting steps, gathering relevant data, and providing detailed incident reports to facilitate efficient resolution and prevent future occurrences.

Compiles and organizes daily performance metrics to track progress toward established goals and targets.

We monitor and analyze monthly trends across designated markets to identify key patterns and insights.

Design and develop comprehensive dashboards tailored for weekly review meetings to facilitate data-driven decision-making processes. Ensure these visualizations effectively present key performance indicators, trends, and relevant metrics to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and align dashboard content with organizational objectives. Validate data accuracy and consistency before finalizing presentations to support strategic discussions and actionable insights.

Compilation of custom reports will be undertaken promptly upon request, ensuring timely delivery to meet urgent business needs.

Track and document competitor actions and developments, then provide detailed analyses to relevant stakeholders.

Deliver valuable customer insights and recommend tailored products or services that effectively address their specific requirements.

Develop and implement in-person marketing strategies, including road shows, property promotions, and mall activations, to effectively engage target audiences.

We seek candidates with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, complemented by at least three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Strong proficiency in data analysis, project management, and technical software is essential, along with exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments and collaborating effectively across teams. Familiarity with industry-specific tools, compliance standards, and emerging technologies is highly preferred.

A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification, is required.

Proficiency in telecom and fixed wireless industry trends constitutes an additional asset.

With a minimum of one year of experience in outside sales—ideally within the telecommunications sector, though this is not a strict requirement—you will bring valuable expertise to our team.

Commercial acumen involves a thorough grasp of the competitive environment, including the range of products and services available, pricing structures, and incentive programs.

Proficient in technology, the incumbent must possess a solid grasp of solutions spanning 5G and Fixed Wireless Services.
