Position Description
We are seeking additional consultant expertise to conceptualize, develop, and execute sustainable urban development initiatives. These professionals will lead or support the design of data collection tools, field activities, analysis, reporting, and knowledge-sharing mechanisms. Candidates must demonstrate proven experience and technical proficiency in conducting evaluations, assessments, and research within these domains. Familiarity with capacity-building initiatives in related areas is highly desirable. Furthermore, we welcome specialists who can function as subject-matter experts for review panels, bringing deep experience and specialized knowledge in the specified fields.

Developing diverse studies, evaluations, and mixed-methods assessments, including performance evaluations and impact analyses.
Conduct comprehensive oversight of various mixed-methods evaluations—including those focused on effect and performance—along with analyses and assessments to ensure thorough and accurate execution.
A strong command of statistical methodologies, sampling procedures, analytical tools, and data validation methods is required to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data analysis and control.
Developing and finalizing assessment reports constitutes a key responsibility of this role. This involves compiling, analyzing, and documenting detailed findings in a structured format. The incumbent must ensure reports are accurate, thorough, and delivered within established deadlines. Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize complex information are essential for success in this position.
Demonstrates proficiency in executing participatory data collection methodologies and protocols, applying systems thinking to assess evaluation designs, and guiding teams through participatory data validation and analysis exercises.
Developing and delivering comprehensive instruction on logical frameworks and transformation theory.
Enhancing the team’s evaluation and learning capabilities is essential to ensure continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
Designing and implementing comprehensive programs across the specified industries represents a core responsibility of this role.
Seasoned in securing financial resources and attracting investments, with a proven track record of mobilizing capital and engaging stakeholders to drive funding initiatives.
Professional experience in enhancing the capabilities of organizations tasked with urban infrastructure planning, designing, and developing.
Requires proficiency in relevant technical or professional competencies, along with a minimum of [X] years of experience in the field. Skilled in designing evaluations, applying both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, and conducting thorough analysis. Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in crafting proposals and reports.
