Deliver business coaching and capacity-building initiatives for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) within refugee and host communities, while conducting thorough market and consumer assessments. Identify viable opportunities for productive energy use and facilitate the integration of these solutions into enterprise business models, alongside establishing accessible financing pathways.
Provide technical expertise to implement Results-Based Reimbursement (RBR) mechanisms, assist enterprises in meeting compliance standards, and develop systems for accurate performance data recording, verification, and reporting in collaboration with the MEAL team.
Develop and execute monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEAL) frameworks, as well as perform socio-economic, gender, and affordability surveys. Additionally, facilitate structured reporting to GIG and other donor partners.
Develop and implement digital data collection and monitoring tools, facilitate digital innovation pilot initiatives such as mobile payments, smart metering, and remote monitoring, and enhance partner capabilities in data utilization and reporting.
