JOB SUMMARY

Rest Sure Insurance Agencies Ltd. is in search of a detail-oriented, structured, and proactive Insurance Administration Officer to oversee our agency’s operational and structural workflows. The ideal candidate will serve as the foundation of our back-office operations, guaranteeing efficient policy administration, error-free underwriting documentation, precise client record management, and expedited claims processing. Beyond core administrative functions, the officer will enhance our digital infrastructure by refining customer onboarding processes, monitoring online lead generation, and strengthening digital brand visibility to drive the expansion of our business portfolio.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties and responsibilities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational standards. Manage key functions with precision, maintaining high levels of efficiency and accountability in all assigned tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes, foster innovation, and uphold best practices. Address challenges proactively, implementing solutions that enhance productivity and support long-term growth. Demonstrate leadership by guiding teams, delegating responsibilities, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Policy Administration & Workflow: Develop, evaluate, and handle insurance applications, endorsements, and policy documents across diverse product lines, maintaining precise structural alignment throughout all processes.

Client Servicing & Account Care: Oversee client portfolios with precision, delivering prompt and professional guidance on premium quotes, coverage terms, account-related inquiries, and renewal arrangements.

Act as the primary liaison with collaborating insurance underwriters to facilitate streamlined risk assessment, accurate document submission, and prompt policy finalization.

Responsibilities include receiving insurance claims notices in an organized manner, assisting clients with the preparation of necessary documentation, submitting claims to underwriters, and diligently following up to facilitate timely settlements.

Maintain meticulous, secure, and precise digital and physical client records to ensure database integrity. Generate and compile structured periodic reports on production data, performance metrics, and operational capacity to support informed decision-making.

Support digital marketing campaigns by facilitating their implementation across social media and various digital platforms. Track and analyze online customer engagement metrics while overseeing the capture and management of digital incoming leads. Additionally, administer web-based client communication portals to ensure seamless and effective interactions.

Ensure all administrative processes adhere rigorously to internal standard operating procedures and comply with legal frameworks mandated by local insurance regulatory bodies.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, as is familiarity with web development frameworks and database management systems. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset are also necessary. Additionally, candidates should possess prior experience with cloud computing platforms and DevOps practices.

A relevant academic background includes a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related commercial field.

A Certificate of Proficiency (COP) qualification is highly regarded and serves as a significant competitive edge.

Minimum of one year of professional experience in back-office insurance operations, administration, underwriting support, or financial services portfolio management is required.

Seeking a candidate with advanced digital literacy, demonstrating exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel), complemented by hands-on experience with digital business platforms, content delivery tracking systems, and lead management tools.
