Your mission:

This position oversees the account management of designated reseller accounts while cultivating relationships with critical clients to drive growth in Epsom’s product portfolio sales.

What you will do:

Oversee the administration of designated non ‘Field Managed’ reseller accounts to ensure smooth operations and compliance with established policies.

Drive measurable performance outcomes aligned with key role metrics, including a 40% annual account growth target, adherence to established talk time benchmarks, and achievement of effective call performance standards.

Cold calling is employed to contact potential resellers who may be utilizing promotional offers or marketing campaigns as engagement tactics. The role involves evaluating and verifying leads to determine their viability as prospects, nurturing the relationship to finalize the sale, and collaborating with other departments to ensure successful deal closure.

Provides expertise in promoting additional products and enhancing customer value through strategic upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.

Actively assisting resellers in achieving their rebates through participation in partner programs, while ensuring partners are enrolled in the most suitable program to align with both Epsom’s objectives and their own business requirements.

Responsibilities include working to elevate accounts to the ‘Field Managed’ status, driving growth and optimizing account performance through strategic initiatives and targeted actions. The role requires a proactive approach to account management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while fostering long-term client relationships and maximizing operational efficiency.

Maintain a continuous pipeline of opportunities and ensure their timely updates in the forecast system to uphold data accuracy.

Engage business unit leaders in the evaluation of significant opportunities to confirm the availability of inventory.

Represent Epsom at shows, exhibitions, and solution briefings as needed.

We seek to identify potential resellers who may qualify for Plus Silver accreditation.
