We seek an in-house marketing professional to promote our HR outsourcing services, cultivate qualified leads, and manage comprehensive client engagement initiatives from initial contact to final conversion.

What You\’ll Do

Skilled professionals are required to promote HR Outsourcing solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises, fostering strategic partnerships and delivering value-added services to enhance operational efficiency and workforce management.

Prospects will be cultivated via diverse channels, including telephone outreach, electronic correspondence, LinkedIn engagement, and strategic networking initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing client outreach initiatives and ensuring timely follow-ups to maintain engagement and strengthen relationships.

Collaborate effectively with senior management while ensuring leadership remains empowered to make strategic decisions without unnecessary oversight.

What We Need

We seek candidates with a minimum of two to three years of experience in the sale of business services, with a preference for those who have prior exposure to HR Outsourcing.

A solid grasp of key human resources functions, including payroll administration, talent acquisition, regulatory compliance, and the full employee lifecycle, is required.

Demonstrates a strong track record in generating leads and conducting client outreach, with a proven capacity to identify and engage potential prospects effectively.

Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

You possess a proactive business development approach, actively pursuing opportunities, cultivating relationships, and successfully finalizing agreements.

Proactive self-starter with an independent work ethic, capable of initiating and completing tasks without constant oversight.

Targets serve as motivational objectives rather than sources of stress for you.

Education: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong academic background and relevant qualifications to contribute effectively to our team. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field and demonstrate proficiency in key subject. Prior experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and possess the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Additionally, they should be proficient in relevant software and tools, and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is advantageous, though hands-on experience in selling business services holds greater significance.
