Reporting to the Head of ICT Business Systems, the successful candidate will design and develop software systems aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties and responsibilities, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and objectives. This role involves managing key tasks with precision, maintaining accountability for outcomes, and contributing to team success through collaborative efforts. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, implementing strategic initiatives, and addressing any challenges that arise to uphold efficiency and productivity. The position requires diligent attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to meet deadlines while fostering a productive work environment.
Design, engineer, and deploy software solutions tailored for KTD operations, encompassing business units, manufacturing plants, and affiliated entities.
Designing and executing software platforms that serve diverse products and organizational units with consistency and scalability.
Compiling comprehensive technical analysis documentation remains a core responsibility of this role.
Developing software solutions, establishing operational procedures, and preparing detailed operating manuals constitute essential responsibilities.
Conducting assessments of business software requirements based on user specifications.
Collaborating with System Testers to implement necessary modifications and verify the reliable operation of systems;
Delivering comprehensive training programs for system users and support staff to ensure proficiency and effective utilization is a key responsibility.
Investigating existing systems and gathering user feedback to identify areas requiring enhancement or correction.

Overseeing the seamless implementation of assigned operational procedures to maintain optimal workflow efficiency.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least three years of professional experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required, as is strong written and verbal communication skills. The ideal applicant will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience with project management tools and a track record of meeting deadlines are highly desirable. Familiarity with industry-specific software or platforms will be considered a significant advantage.
A Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) or a closely related discipline is required.
Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages including Delphi Pascal, C, Python, PHP, ASP.NET, as well as HTML/CSS/JavaScript, is essential for this role.
Able to create and implement database structures and applications using SQL language, with demonstrated expertise in database platforms such as MS-SQL and MySQL.
With a minimum of four years of experience in a fast-paced business environment, you will bring practical expertise to our team.

Capable of executing responsibilities autonomously with minimal oversight is essential.
