Job Description

Deliver continuous Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT) support services to ensure seamless operational functionality.

What you will do

Configure new computer systems and perform regular maintenance on computers and related equipment to ensure peak operational efficiency.

Provide training sessions to acquaint users with new technologies and guide new staff in effectively utilizing the email system, company policies, standard operating procedures, and IT resources.

Provide support in the implementation of network infrastructure, including the installation and configuration of switches and routers.

Ensure that staff data is securely backed up using OneDrive and SharePoint.

Develop detailed specifications for computers, printers, scanners, tablets, and internet services, ensuring all necessary confirmations are secured throughout the procurement process.

Daily oversight of the server infrastructure is conducted to verify that all systems operate at peak performance levels.

Maintain a current and accurate inventory of IT assets.

Collaborate with external service providers to guarantee adherence to established service level agreements.
