The position necessitates a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, complemented by a minimum of three years of professional experience in a related industry. The People and Culture Intern will deliver comprehensive administrative, operational, and logistical assistance to the People and Culture Department. This position entails supporting a range of critical functions, including employee records management, recruitment processes, onboarding coordination, leave administration, internal communications, training program facilitation, Foundation initiatives, staff engagement programs, and broader HR operational tasks.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing core operational, strategic, and administrative functions to ensure organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Accountable for leading a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment, and driving project execution in alignment with company objectives. Responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring policies, procedures, and performance metrics to optimize productivity and maintain high standards of quality. Additionally, serve as the primary liaison between senior management and staff, facilitating transparent communication and resolving complex issues to uphold operational integrity. Manage resource allocation, budget oversight, and risk mitigation strategies while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases to ensure precise, well-organized documentation.

Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance for recruitment initiatives, encompassing the coordination of interviews, engagement with candidates, and the facilitation of onboarding and induction procedures.

Oversee and maintain systems for leave, attendance, and employee records, guaranteeing prompt updates and precise reporting.

Prepare, circulate, and update internal HR communications, official notices, and employee correspondence to ensure clarity and consistency across all channels.

Coordinate employee training initiatives by managing scheduling, logistics, attendance tracking, and record-keeping to ensure efficient and effective program delivery.

Assist in the development and implementation of initiatives related to Foundation, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and community engagement efforts.

Responsibilities include compiling, revising, and managing HR reports, trackers, databases, and other departmental records to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Assist in the strategic planning and execution of employee welfare programs, staff engagement efforts, hospital visits, bereavement support services, and employee recognition initiatives.

Organize meetings, compile necessary materials, document meeting minutes, and deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resource Department.

Execute a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to facilitate the seamless provision of HR services and advance departmental goals.

Assigned responsibilities may include additional tasks and duties as determined by the manager and/or senior leadership as necessary.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in software development. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or C++, as well as experience with web development frameworks like React or Angular. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems, such as Git, is also required. A Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Public Relations, or a closely related discipline is required.
