Job Purpose:

We are expanding our team and are in search of a proactive Account Manager to cultivate and sustain robust, long-term client relationships. Ensure all contracted personnel at the Client comply with leave utilization as outlined in their contractual terms.

Maintain a comprehensive electronic database containing all records of contracted staff associated with your account.

Ensure that every employee associated with your account maintains complete and current personal files, which include all required documentation and are consistently updated in the relevant systems.

Create and implement structured schedules and establish clear deadlines for conducting performance appraisals.

To foster ongoing excellence, consistently evaluate staff productivity and provide guidance and support to enhance their capabilities, ensuring consistently high standards of performance.

Handle matters with third parties as authorized by the MD.

Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll activities, ensuring all financial transactions adhere to established policies and regulatory standards. Maintain meticulous records of employee compensation, deductions, and tax withholdings while resolving discrepancies promptly. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to verify data integrity and streamline payroll operations. Stay current with evolving labor laws and tax regulations to ensure compliance. Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including year-end tax documents, with precision and professionalism.

Ensure comprehensive follow-up for all contracted personnel in your portfolio regarding their PIN, NSSF, and NAIF registrations and compliance.

Maintain a comprehensive electronic database containing all records for contracted staff members assigned to your account.

Responsible for fostering seamless collaboration with HR and Accounts departments to address employee relations matters, manage payroll processes, and resolve issues pertaining to the preparation of fee notes.

Ensure that invoices/POs are delivered on time and follow-up on payment.

Inform the management of all recruitment requests received from clients and guarantee the timely filling of vacant positions.

Each month, compile and submit an updated payroll list for all employees assigned to the designated accounts by the 15th.

Employee Relations and Welfare Specialists are tasked with fostering a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, mediating disputes, and ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws.
