What You’ll Do

Deliver outstanding client service, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and status updates, ensuring a seamless and responsive experience.

Oversee a demanding caseload with meticulous attention to detail and exceptional care.

Daily utilization of the RingCentral communication platform and the Case case management system is required.

Review pending medical records and billing requests to ensure timely processing and accuracy in documentation.

Engage with healthcare providers through telephone inquiries or formal correspondence to gather necessary information and coordinate essential services.

Examine and analyze previously submitted medical documentation to derive accurate insights and conclusions.

Document all interactions with providers by recording comprehensive notes, ensuring thorough documentation of each communication.

Set follow-up actions and ensure timely resolution by scheduling subsequent meetings or communications, promptly elevating any unresolved matters to the designated paralegals for further review and action.

Responsible for managing digital documentation and guaranteeing the efficient advancement of cases through the appropriate stages.
