This role focuses on direct sales and customer engagement, aiming to retain and expand existing accounts while acquiring new ones—key revenue drivers. Responsible for managing assigned customer accounts consistently, the position engages with a broad stakeholder network to assess and address each customer’s unique needs and solutions. The role delivers service through troubleshooting, providing technical guidance, identifying corrective measures, resolving product or application issues, implementing suitable product applications, and maintaining dosing and control equipment. Success will be measured by coordinated service visits and required reporting to each account and application area, ensuring adherence to high cleaning and hygiene standards. It requires strong market intelligence to analyze both market demands and competitor activity.

We are responsible for delivering comprehensive account management, including sustained service, support, and sales growth across our designated geographical territories. Our role involves identifying and pursuing untapped opportunities through strategic prospecting of existing offerings, emerging products, and innovative solutions—particularly those that enhance sustainability and operational efficiency in areas such as water, energy, and chemical usage, as well as food safety enhancements where applicable.

Monitor and track performance for designated accounts and assigned regional accounts using relevant tools, including Sales Funnels, quarterly reports, market share analyses, and other documentation as required by central stakeholders and management. Identify opportunities to expand existing business through the introduction of new SKUs and innovations, as well as by acquiring new customers.

Grow the Lodging Sector by uncovering, evaluating, and capitalizing on opportunities for new customer acquisition, as well as expanding business within existing clients through strategic product and application recommendations. Additionally, prepare and submit monthly reports detailing sales performance and stock availability.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the local market landscape, competitive dynamics, and key players, while closely monitoring competitor activities and identifying unmet customer needs. Additionally, assess critical customer requirements, particularly in relation to product application and utility.

The incumbent will perform or assist with regular and repair dosing operations, as well as maintain dosing control equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Additionally, the role involves delivering technical training to customer personnel on the proper use of dosing control equipment, ensuring they can operate it with optimal efficiency and effectiveness. They will oversee the accurate dispensing of Diverse chemicals to deliver superior performance aligned with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Product Information Sheets (PIS), working closely with customer staff to achieve consistent results.

The successful candidate will maintain comprehensive records of all dosing activities and associated control equipment within the designated accounts. These records must encompass detailed service reports, ensuring accurate documentation of all interventions. Additionally, the role involves meticulously tracking all Planned Maintenance Schedules and promptly addressing customer breakdowns in alignment with agreed-upon response times.

Respond promptly and decisively to customer dosing and performance emergencies, ensuring resolution in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within designated operational areas.

To develop a sustainable cleaning machines funnel while collaborating with sector leads, Task will identify market needs and implement execution strategies.

We facilitate cash collection processes for Accounts Receivable while maintaining seamless account operations.
